I have always travelled with a long list of questions—and spent countless hours researching what to do, where to go and how to find the hidden corners that rarely make it into guidebooks. For years, I quietly saved those discoveries in Google Maps.

This map grows from a dream of making less-touristic places feel possible. When trustworthy information is easier to find, more people can dare to travel with curiosity, move beyond familiar routes and understand a little more of the world we share.
